UK delivery
Website orders are available to UK addresses. The current standard shipping option is free, with the final delivery charge and order total shown at checkout before payment. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.
Change of mind
For an eligible online order, tell us within 14 days of receiving your item if you want to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send it back. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop; a deduction may apply for handling beyond what is needed to check it. You are responsible for return postage for a change-of-mind return.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. We will explain the appropriate repair, replacement or refund and arrange the return where needed. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Refunds
Eligible refunds go to the original payment method. For a cancelled order, we refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they were sent back, including the cost of standard outbound delivery where applicable.
